Dewpoint Therapeutics

2022

Office Environments / Planning & Programming / Research / Science

{ IIDA Award Winner, Lab Architecture, Life Sciences, Public Spaces & Office Environments }

Dewpoint Therapeutics, a biotech company focused on the potential of cellular condensates, chose 150 D Street in South Boston as their long-term home. The 28,000 sf project is constructed in a former wool warehouse with a challenging 18-foot concrete structural grid and split level, this R&D headquarters includes open biology labs, a suite of tissue culture rooms, medicinal chemistry, and a large ballroom style robotics and automation lab. The design maximizes the views and connections from the primary collaboration spaces into the laboratories. This project was awarded the IIDA New England Best Lab in 2022.
