Kronos Therapeutics

The 30,000 sf fit-out project for Kronos Bio’s R&D headquarters is located in an 1980s era shell and core lab building owned by BioMed Realty Trust. The leasable space is divided by a large central mechanical core, creating a barrier between the lab and non-lab spaces. The design seeks to maximize the interaction between lab and office by organizing quiet work areas and amenities in a dynamic path to the lab entry and large viewing area. The project includes a mass spectrometry room, as well as bays of medicinal chemistry with 8-foot synthesis fume hoods.
