2023 Project Recap

In 2023, LAB found repeat work with Harvard’s department of Psychology including designs for new faculty suites and a Sleep Research Lab. We also extended our relationship with Alexandria Real Estate Equities and Charles River Labs to create a new CRADL facility at 5 Necco in Boston. MIT engaged LAB to assess options for upgrading the Controlled Environmental Rooms for the Biology Department at Building 68. Finally, we were awarded the design of 28,000 sf of research space for the University of Chicago’s Pritzker School of Molecular Engineering, including labs for energy storage and quantum sensing for water and air, as well as a dry room core facility.
