2019 was a busy year for LAB LSA, finding new clients and serving many existing clients. The year began at Harvard with the design of the renovation of the second floor of North West Labs East Wing for the Psychology Department. MIT engaged LAB LSA to design a Central Helium Recovery plant in NW 15 and a master plan for the renewal of NW 14. We joined Consigli for a design-build project for a startup incubator lab at Massachusetts Biomedical Initiatives in Worcester MA. LAB continued a long term partnership with the Richmond Group for the tenant improvement project for Thrive Earlier Detection in the Cambridge Crossing development and Kronos Bio on Binney Street. The year ended with a new project with BioMed Realty Trust to fully renovate their facility at 61 Moulton Street in Cambridge MA. Moderna engaged us to design a new office and collaboration suite at their Norwood MA campus.
